About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, institutional-grade portfolio management and fund operations platform purpose-built for credit markets. This is a net new, quota-carrying enterprise sales role covering either a Central or West Coast territory. The right person will sell directly into credit-focused buy-side firms — private credit managers, CLO managers, BDCs, hedge funds with credit strategies, and alternative asset managers.
What You’ll Be Selling
A comprehensive platform spanning loan management, CLO analytics, credit fund accounting, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting. The sale is complex, consultative, and multi-stakeholder — typically six months or longer, with average deal sizes in the $300K range.
Who You’ll Be Selling To
COOs, CFOs, and senior portfolio managers at institutional credit managers ranging from $1B to $20B+ AUM. Your buyers are sophisticated operators who expect you to understand their world.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years as a quota-carrying enterprise AE selling complex software or data solutions to institutional buy-side firms — credit, hedge fund, or alternative asset management experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record closing six-figure ARR deals with multi-stakeholder procurement cycles
- C-level relationship skills — comfortable navigating COOs, CFOs, and portfolio managers simultaneously
- Hunter mentality — this is a new business role, not an account management role
- Familiarity with credit markets, fixed income, or fund operations is a meaningful differentiator
- History of meeting or exceeding $2M+ ARR quotas
Location
New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, or San Francisco preferred. Must be willing to travel within territory.
