  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of at least CAD 4 M within the first 12 months by targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts in Quebec and Ontario that match Alithya’s digital-transformation sweet spots.
  • Close a minimum of CAD 1.5 M in new consulting revenue in year one, with at least 30 % coming from net-new logos.
  • Secure two multi-year, multi-practice agreements (strategy + implementation + training) that generate recurring revenue beyond the initial project.
