The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Healthcare Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, develop strategic client relationships, and win complex enterprise engagements across the healthcare ecosystem. This role combines new business development, strategic account growth, and executive-level relationship management within healthcare providers, healthcare IT organizations, MedTech companies, and life sciences organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Drive net-new business development and strategic account expansion
- Build relationships with healthcare executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders
- Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through contract execution
- Develop and close multi-year consulting and technology services engagements
- Position solutions across AI, analytics, digital marketing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with solution, delivery, and leadership teams to develop winning strategies and proposals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling consulting, technology, or digital transformation services into healthcare organizations
- Experience navigating complex healthcare buying environments and procurement processes
- Strong new-logo acquisition and enterprise sales experience
- Ability to engage executive, business, technical, and clinical stakeholders
- Consultative sales approach with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling AI, analytics, digital marketing, cybersecurity, or related solutions is highly desirable
