About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, AI-native company as it expands its mid-market sales team. The company is building out coverage across the investment and capital markets space and is looking for a commercially sharp
seller who understands how these firms operate and what they need. No specific product background is required — deep knowledge of your buyers is what matters most.
What you’ll do
- Drive new business across mid-market accounts in the investment and capital markets sector
- Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working efficiently and independently
- Build relationships and credibility with buyers at investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and capital markets firms
- Collaborate closely with the broader team in a collaborative, in-office environment
- Contribute to a growing sales motion at a company with strong VC backing and a clear path to Series B
What you bring
- A proven track record selling into investment management, capital markets, or related financial services firms — this is the core requirement
- Comfort navigating mid-market deal cycles and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
- The ability to sell on value and context, not just product features
- A self-starter mentality that fits a startup: resourceful, adaptable, and motivated by results
- Located in the Tri-State area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut) with the ability to work from the NYC office
Location
This role is based in New York City. Candidates must be located in the Tri-State area (NY, NJ, or CT) and able to commute to the office regularly. Remote candidates will not be considered for this position.
