  • Hunter-Farmer Role with Strategic Depth: This isn’t just about closing deals; it’s about building enduring partnerships. You’ll not only identify and onboard key SSPs but also nurture these relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth.
  • Ad Tech Expertise Valued Above All: While we operate in healthcare, your deep ad tech experience with SSPs is the primary driver for success. You’ll apply your specialized knowledge in a dynamic new context, with the full support of their healthcare domain experts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and secure high-value partnerships with leading SSPs (e.g., PubMatic, Media.net, OpenX) to acquire supply across diverse channels including CTV, audio, video, standard display, and digital out-of-home.
  • End-to-End Relationship Management: Own the entire lifecycle of SSP partnerships, from initial prospecting and deal negotiation to post-integration account management and growth.
  • Technical & Operational Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Technical Account Management (TAM) team to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of all acquired supply.
  • Market Positioning & Demand Generation: Collaborate with our demand team to effectively position new supply in the market, driving advertiser interest and maximizing utilization.
  • Navigating Unique Challenges: Address the exciting challenge of identifying healthcare-specific user data within SSPs and skillfully manage partner expectations during the initial demand-building phase of this emerging marketplace.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has strong ad tech experience, specifically with SSPs, and a proven track record of striking deals and building robust relationships in this space.
  • Possesses existing relationships with SSPs – this is the most crucial aspect of the role.
  • Understands the nuances of a marketplace and can effectively manage partner expectations during demand generation.
  • Is a “hunter-farmer” – adept at both acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships for long-term success.
  • Is eager to scale a new business segment within a rapidly growing company.
