We are seeking an SVP of Sales to lead and scale the commercial organization for an established, award-winning healthcare media company operating a broad digital and audio network built exclusively for physicians and healthcare professionals. The company delivers branded media, sponsored programming, and editorial content across streaming audio, on-demand digital, mobile, and connected devices, reaching a large, highly credentialed HCP audience at scale. In this role, you will own the overall revenue strategy, manage a high-performing sales team, and serve as the senior relationship leader across pharma, biotech, and life sciences clients, helping drive growth through targeted, compliant branded media, sponsored content, and HCP-focused advertising solutions.

About the Role:

As a key member of the leadership team, the SVP of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic client relationships, developing high-performing sales teams, and shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical manufacturers, healthcare marketers, and agency partners while ensuring the organization continues to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable results.

Key Points:

  • Own and execute the company’s overall revenue strategy, driving sustainable growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare marketing clients
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing national sales organization, establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key brand, commercial, and agency stakeholders, serving as a trusted strategic partner
  • Drive enterprise sales efforts for complex, multi-channel marketing and media solutions, negotiating and closing high-value partnerships
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify new market opportunities, refine go-to-market strategies, and expand revenue-generating offerings
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting while ensuring the organization consistently achieves and exceeds revenue objectives
