One opening sits atop a campus being built in three phases (five buildings and counting), with a second campus already staged just minutes away — meaning this role grows as the platform grows. The other opening leads a seven-building award that runs into the next decade, with new buildings breaking ground on a steady, staggered cadence. You’re not walking into a project that wraps next year; you’re walking into a career-defining program.

You’ll be the face of the project to a sophisticated, demanding hyperscale technology client — high-visibility, high-trust, and high-reward. Compensation is not a limiting factor for the right leader.

Responsibilities

• Own overall delivery across a multi-building data center campus, directing Project Executives and field leadership
• Serve as primary client-facing representative to ownership; navigate a large, highly matrixed stakeholder group with diplomacy and polish
• Drive schedule, budget, and quality across concurrent building phases
• Delegate effectively across large teams (100+ personnel per building) and build bench strength beneath you
• Coach and develop Project Executives and site leadership as the platform scales

Qualifications

• Proven GC-side (general contractor) leadership on large-scale mission critical / hyperscale data center projects — owner’s representative experience does not meet this requirement
• Track record on projects in the multi-hundred-million to multi-billion-dollar range
• Executive presence and a diplomatic, low-drama communication style with sophisticated owner groups
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and develop talent on large teams
