The Role

We are seeking an experienced client services and account leadership professional to build trusted executive relationships, drive account growth, and oversee the successful delivery of complex technology solutions. This role blends strategic account management, commercial leadership, consulting, and delivery oversight, making it ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Lead strategic account planning, growth, and expansion initiatives
  • Partner with technical and delivery teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes
  • Drive commercial success through account growth, renewals, and new opportunities
  • Oversee forecasting, staffing, financial performance, and client success across your portfolio
  • Help clients leverage AI, cloud, automation, and modernization initiatives to achieve business objectives

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success leading strategic accounts within technology consulting, professional services, or digital transformation environments
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing commercial performance, contracts, forecasting, and account growth
  • Ability to engage both business leaders and technical stakeholders
  • Experience with AI, cloud transformation, automation, or enterprise modernization initiatives
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for ownership and client success
