The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the U.S. market. This is a hunter-focused role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities while helping organizations leverage technology to modernize operations, accelerate product development, and unlock new business value.
What You’ll Do
- Generate net-new business opportunities and win enterprise accounts
- Build relationships with executive and technology decision-makers
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles from prospecting through close
- Position solutions across AI, product engineering, software development, cloud, and modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create tailored client solutions
- Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities across target industries
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success selling IT consulting, software engineering, digital transformation, or technology services
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
- Experience engaging enterprise and mid-market organizations
- Ability to align technology solutions with business outcomes
- Experience selling AI, cloud, modernization, or product engineering services is highly desirable
- Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
