The Opportunity:

Lead and scale the company’s commercial organization at a pivotal moment of growth. This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven revenue leader who can build strategic relationships with the world’s top pharmaceutical and life sciences brands, lead a high-performing sales team, and translate a highly differentiated, technology-driven platform into sustained new business and expansion revenue. The role works closely with executive leadership, product, and marketing to shape go-to-market strategy and establish the company as a leading partner for healthcare marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth: Own and deliver against ambitious revenue targets, developing and executing strategic sales plans across pharmaceutical, life sciences, and agency accounts.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Team: Recruit, coach, and manage a team of sales directors and account executives, instilling a culture of accountability, consultative selling, and customer-centricity.
  • Cultivate C-suite relationships: Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier pharma and life sciences clients, building trusted, long-term relationships with CMOs, brand leads, and agency partners.
  • Shape go-to-market strategy: Partner with marketing, product, and executive leadership to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging, ensuring sales strategy aligns with evolving platform capabilities.
  • Own the sales pipeline and forecasting: Implement rigorous pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM discipline to provide leadership with clear visibility into the health of the business.
  • Champion market and competitive intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing, using insights to sharpen the sales narrative and identify new growth opportunities.
