Our client is an established and growing SaaS company serving the financial services industry. As the organization continues to expand its product portfolio, cloud capabilities, and AI initiatives, they are seeking a strategic security leader to build upon an already strong security program and help shape the next phase of growth.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced information security leader who is ready to step into their first Chief Information Security Officer role. You’ll have executive-level visibility and the ability to influence security strategy, product

development, customer trust, and overall business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the company’s enterprise information security strategy.
• Partner with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Lead security governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Oversee security operations, incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive cloud security, third-party risk management, and AI governance initiatives.
• Represent the organization during customer security reviews, audits, and due diligence discussions with enterprise clients.
• Foster a security-first culture through leadership, education, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive information security experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FFIEC, and related governance standards.
• Experience with cloud environments, secure software development practices, vendor risk management, and security operations.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
