Project Executive — Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

Location: Texas (multiple openings)

Why this role

One of these openings is on a newly awarded, already-powered project moving at full speed — first phase underway now, second phase of equal size right behind it. No slow ramp-up, no waiting on entitlements — you’ll be building from week one. The other sits within a large, multi-phase campus with additional buildings and a second nearby campus already in motion, so there’s a clear runway to grow into bigger scope as the platform expands.

You’ll own your building. Full stop. This is a client that wants leaders who take ownership and drive their team — not layers of oversight looking over your shoulder.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of an individual data center building — schedule, budget, quality, safety
• Direct and take full ownership of the on-site project management team
• Communicate proactively and clearly with field leadership on staffing and resourcing needs
• Represent the project to ownership alongside site leadership

Qualifications

• GC-side experience delivering mission critical / data center projects — owner’s representative experience does not meet this requirement
• Strong ownership mentality and collaborative working style with field leadership
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, early-phase project environment
