Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations across a multi-building campus, overseeing supers and assistant supers
• Plan proactively — think in terms of a 6-month lookahead, not just 2 weeks
• Coach and develop field staff, with a clear track record of promoting from within
• Partner closely with the Project Executive team as a true co-leader
• Represent the project professionally in owner-facing meetings

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on data center / mission critical construction experience required — non-negotiable
• Demonstrated people leadership across large field teams (55+ person teams and up)
• Professional, coaching-first communication style
• Comfortable speaking directly with ownership, not just internal teams
