We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive on behalf of a well-established, PE-backed WealthTech software company. Their platform provides end-to-end, paperless account opening for financial advisers, with deep integrations across the industry’s leading custodians. Their client base spans bank broker-dealers, independent broker-dealers, and insurance broker-dealers.
After a period of intentional business stabilization, the company has received full board approval to invest in growth and is now building out its sales team.
The Role
This is a greenfield, individual contributor role focused entirely on new logo acquisition. The successful candidate will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — engaging senior decision makers (CIOs, Chief Investment Officers) at large enterprise wealth firms. A dedicated pre-sales Business Architect will support technical demonstrations, and the executive leadership team will provide backing for strategic deals.
What You’ll Be Selling
A consultative, solution-oriented SaaS platform — not a transactional product. Deals require a genuine understanding of how financial advisers operate, the ability to diagnose pain points, and the credibility to engage at the C-suite level. Average deal size runs $500K–$800K with a 6–8 month sales cycle, and the quota is $2M in SaaS ARR (fully ramped).
Ideal Background
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales into the wealth management market — broker-dealers, banks, large RIAs
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at $500K+ average deal sizes
- Consultative sales style with strong executive presence
- Highly autonomous — comfortable operating without micromanagement
- Based in the East Coast or Central US time zone (California not available)
Growth Path
The prior sales lead in this role exceeded quota in his first full year, was promoted to SVP, and went on to become a CRO at another firm. There is a clear path for the right person to grow into a team lead role as the sales organization scales.
