The Opportunity:

Sitting at the intersection of pharma, healthcare, advertising technology, and AI, this role will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales organization equipping the team with the insights, tools, and frameworks needed to accelerate growth and deepen client relationships. This is a high-visibility position for a strategic thinker who can translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable commercial strategy and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Points:

  • Partner with Sales leadership to build and refine go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth across pharmaceutical brands and healthcare agency partners.
  • Translate emerging trends across pharma, healthcare, advertising technology, and AI into clear commercial strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Develop sales enablement tools, playbooks, and frameworks that strengthen productivity, account planning, and win rates.
  • Deliver competitive intelligence and customer insights that position client-facing teams as trusted strategic advisors.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and inform product direction through market feedback and shifting customer needs.
  • Lead strategic planning, forecasting, and executive-level reporting in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
