About the role

This is a newly created position on a growing enterprise sales team at an AI-native company. The company is expanding its coverage of the trade surveillance market and is looking for a driven, self-sufficient seller who is ready to step up to an enterprise title and grow with a high-momentum startup. The company recently closed its Series A and is on track for a Series B in the coming months.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive new business within the financial services sector, targeting companies in the 250–5,000 employee range
  • Manage a full enterprise sales cycle independently, from prospecting through close
  • Bring credibility and competitive insight to conversations with prospects who currently use trade surveillance platforms
  • Contribute to a fast-moving team where agility and resourcefulness are valued over reliance on large support structures
  • Hit and exceed a $2.5M annual quota

What you bring

  • Experience selling trade surveillance or compliance platforms to financial institutions — this background is required
  • Familiarity with the competitive landscape 
  • A track record at the corporate or mid-tier enterprise level — you’re hungry to grow, not winding down
  • Self-sufficiency in the sales process — you don’t need a large SE or support team to close deals
  • A mindset that fits a startup: nimble, motivated by equity upside, and energized by building something
  • 10+ years of runway ahead of you in an individual contributor role

Location
