  • Flexible Solutions: Offer clients the choice of a high-margin SaaS licensing model (typical deals $300K-$400K annually) or a managed service approach, ensuring a solution for every client need.
  • Strategic Growth Opportunity: This is your chance to build a sales organization from the ground up, starting as a high-impact individual contributor with a clear trajectory to become a player-coach and leader within a rapidly expanding division.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities & Expectations):

  • Drive Net New Revenue: Your primary mission is to generate $2 million to $3 million in net new revenue specifically from outside our existing AOR relationships within your first year.
  • Exploit Existing MSAs: Strategically target and penetrate new brands and commercial operations within our 150 pharma company MSAs. You’ll march in with established agreements, ready to deliver demos and close deals.
  • Master the Platform: Become an expert in demonstrating the transformative capabilities of our AI-driven platform, conducting dynamic demos that showcase real-time analytics for patient journey, physician segmentation, line of therapy, adherence, and machine learning models.
  • Accelerate Sales Cycles: Capitalize on our unique trial models (e.g., 12-month contract with a cancellation clause) to shorten sales cycles, which typically range from 2-3 months for independent clients, with some closing in as little as 2 weeks.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Prove your ability to generate significant revenue as an individual contributor, and within 6-9 months, you’ll have the opportunity to scale your efforts by building and leading a dedicated sales team.
  • Strategic Positioning: Articulate the clear value proposition of our intelligence platform – delivering answers in minutes and hours, not weeks and months – directly challenging traditional, labor-intensive RWE analytics approaches.
  • Collaborate for Success: While focusing on external business, you’ll benefit from the broader ecosystem of our company, including our sister agencies and internal RWD team (currently 3 members: SVP Client Management, Jr. Client Manager, Data Specialist).



What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience):

  • Proven Sales Leadership: A track record of $2M-$3M+ in net new revenue generation in previous roles, ideally within the pharma or RWE space.
  • Pharma/RWD Expertise: Deep understanding of commercial analytics, RWD, and the unique challenges faced by pharma commercial operations.
  • SaaS/Technology Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS platforms or managed services, with a focus on technology-driven solutions.
  • Strategic Hunter Mentality: The ability to identify, qualify, and close significant deals within large, complex organizations, leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones.
  • Player-Coach DNA: You’re a high-performing individual contributor who is either an experienced sales leader or an “ass-kicker” up-and-comer ready to build and manage a team. We value the right DNA for leadership and growth.
  • Virtual Work Proficiency: Comfortable and effective in a fully remote work environment.
  • Bonus Points: Prior experience with platforms like Komodo, IQVIA, or other RWD analytics tools.
